Welcome to Unadilla Valley Central School District Online Pre-Registration!

The online registration process will give us the initial information we need to enroll your student. You will also be asked to securely upload documents that are needed for registration such as: birth certificate, (2) proofs of address, immunization records, etc. 

Please also fill out the fillable attachments below, save, and upload when it asks. (Health Services, Records Release if attended another school prior, Household Income Eligibility form, etc.)

Please Note: You will be required to provide: The student's Birth Certificate; two (2) different proofs of residency; a copy of the student's current physical (within the last 12 months) and up-to-date immunization records.
